Councillor Alison Davies

Town councillor for the Llanerchyddol Ward.

Information

Personal Profile

Alison worked in the public, private and third sectors for over forty years, specialising latterly in engaging people with their environment, whilst also being partner with her husband in their farm. They moved into the centre of Welshpool in 2013 and Alison was elected to join the Town Council initially in October 2017. She has a particular interest in balancing the social, economic and environmental aspects of development so that the community works for everyone, now, and for the future. Alison has committed her working life and time on the Council to the belief that a resilient community will only be achieved with and through people, and for any positive change to last, people must be at the heart of the decision-making and the environment at the heart of the decision.

Welshpool Town Council accepts no liability for the above statement.
