Non profit group who have been let down by the current venue to hold a pantomime.
Looking to use the Town Hall on the following dates: 1 evening w/c 24th November - rehearsals, 1 evening w/c 1st December - rehearsals and 1 full day Sunday 14th December to hold two performances.
RESOLVED
To allow Borderland Theatre to hire the Assembly Room at the usual hourly rate for the day of performances. Rehearsals will be charged the staff costs to lock the building after use.
