Decision:

It was suggested that creating a response in a meeting isn't conducive and to give the Town Clerk delegated powers to respond on the Council's behalf with reference to:
- Issues relating to placing this site not near a population centre
- The loss of farmland which could result with any of the preferred sites
- Consideration of brownfield sites should be given
- Any location chosen must give consideration to expansion to population means a requirement to expand services and there is a threat on over burdening existing services.

RESOLVED
To authorise the Town Clerk to respond to the consultation in line with the comments above.
