The Town Clerk explained that due to the short timescales, the Council was considering this item
instead of the Events & Planning Committee. A discussion took place between members and they agreed that the inclusion of some elements of a band this year was a welcome addition.

To approve the booking of a band for Remembrance 2026 at the cost of £1200.
