Decision:

The Town Clerk explained the background to the group and hoped it would examine areas of historic civic and ceremonial aspects which the Council previously did whilst also exploring that is appropriate in the modern age. Members supported the request and suggested that Cllrs Estelle Bleivas, Jackson Quarrell, William Rowell, Alison Davies, Carol Robinson and the Mayor sit on the group.

RESOLVED
That a working group of Cllrs Estelle Bleivas, Jackson Quarrell, William Rowell, Alison Davies, Carol Robinson and the Mayor be established to work with the officers on civic and ceremonial matters.
