Decision:

The Town Clerk summarised the report and explained that this topic was being explored by other towns in Powys and wanted to ensure that Welshpool had an opportunity to pursue similar opportunities.

A discussion took place on the merits and disadvantages of the scheme and it was proposed to defer consideration until after an evaluation had been undertaken of the four free parking days over the festive period and requested that the Town Clerk brought the report back for consideration in January.
