In the absence of the Chair of the Committee, the Town Clerk explained the recommendations made at the meeting in January which included the Finance & Governance Toolkit and the next evaluation of services task. A motion was proposed regarding the appointment of Cllr Phil Pritchard to the evaluation group which was not seconded.
RESOLVED
To update the Finance & Governance Toolkit with the comments made and to progress the actions.
