Decision:
In the absence of the Chair of the Committee, the Town Clerk explained the recommendations made at the meeting in January which included the Finance & Governance Toolkit and the next evaluation of services task. A motion was proposed regarding the appointment of Cllr Phil Pritchard to the evaluation group which was not seconded.
RESOLVED
That Cllrs Alison Davies and Morag Bailey conduct the next evaluation of services exercise on the Tourist Information Centre and to report back before the end of the financial year.
