The Town Clerk explained that funds in next year's budget for Meals on Wheels salaries had been included as the transfer date was unknown, however this was likely to transfer in the next few weeks meaning that the budget was not required, however instead of removing it, it was suggested that this be transferred to a new Tour de France Cost Centre and a special advisory committee be formed to co-ordinate Council works and actions over this historic event.

RESOLVED
To amend the 2026/27 budget to move £5000 from 200/4000 to a new Tour de France Cost Centre; and
To ask the Town Clerk to prepare terms of reference for a special advisory committee of the Council to discuss Tour de France related matters.
