Decision:

The Town Clerk summarised the paper and explained the two leases before the Council and asked that they be approved.

RESOLVED
To approve the grant of the lease on the terms as set out in Appendix U to Powys Teaching Health Board;
To approve the grant of the lease on the terms as set out in Appendix V to Welshpool Community Haven;
To authorise the Town Clerk to agree any minor amendments as required; and
To authorise the Mayor and one other councillor to execute the leases in accordance with Standing Order 23(a).
