The Chair of the Committee, Cllr Chris Davies went through the minutes and answered any queries. There were two recommendations from the committee relating to Christmas Lights and 1940s weekend and a discussion took place regarding the 1940s weekend and the recommendation to allow free use of the Town Hall.
RESOLVED
To support the 1940s Weekend by allowing free use of the Town Hall, subject to other bookings and terms of agreement.
