Councillors were concerned about the 'best dressed' competition. Cllr Kelly Meredith agreed to give the Events Manager 'rules' for such a competition, used at one of their events.
Councillors agreed that sponsorship should be looked into for the event.
Councillors went through the Officers' recommendations one by one.
RESOLVED
To organise a raffle and use existing Halloween novelty cups and plushies as prizes.
