Decision:
The Chair of the Committee, Cllr Phil Pritchard, introduced the recommendations and asked for approval. A request was made to take Item 8.6 (Car Parking at Maes y Dre) as a separate vote and a wide ranging discussion took place on this matter. It was also asked that alterations to Vicarage Gardens be given some thought due to the hardness of the ground.
RESOLVED
To delegate authority to the Town Clerk, in consultation with the Operations Team, to authorise the oil replacement works at a cost not exceeding £7410.
