The Chair of the Committee, Cllr Chris Davies, explained some of the recommendations made and asked for approval. The Town Clerk explained that due to queries received regarding Remembrance, it would be wise to return that to the Events & Planning Committee in October for final approval.

To defer consideration of the changes to Remembrance services for 2026 back to Events & Planning Committee for consideration.
