Decision:

Cllr Alison Davies explained that she had performed the Scrutiny of Payments exercise for August and found only one mistake which was rectified. The Town Clerk explained that a Member was required to undertake the September scrutiny exercise in October and, due to the quarterly bank reconciliation check, the Member appointed was required to be a non-signatory.

To appoint the following members for scrutiny of payments:
- Cllr Phil Owen for September in October
