No other outside reports were recieved, however the Council had been notified that it had been shortlisted for an award at the Annual One Voice Wales awards to be held on the 30th April 2025 in Builth Wells for the Council's Give and Take initiative. In her absence, Cllr Carol Robinson asked that she be allowed to go. Cllr Alison Davies also wished to attend.
