1. ELECTION OF CHAIR

To receive nominations and to elect the Chair of the Events and Planning Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

To receive nominations and to elect the Vice-Chair of the Events and Planning Committee for the 2025 - 2026 municipal year.

3. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

The Chair will welcome Councillors and members of the public and will receive, and if desired, resolve to approve, any apologies for absence.

To receive a report from the TIC Manager on the footfall, train tickets and holidays and other matters related to the Tourist Information Centre.

9. FLICKS IN THE STICKS

To receive an update on the attendance and takings of 'A Royal Night Out', the VE-Day special showing. To note that Flicks in the Sticks does not tour during the Summer months. The the next film showing is Monday 1st September, showing 'Emma'.

10. CARNIVAL UPDATE

To receive an update on stall bookings and the event details.

11. PRIDE MONTH

To consider purchasing a progress flag and some rainbow bunting on the Tourist Information Centre for Pride Month (June).
