The Vice Chair of the Committee, Cllr William Rowell explained the recommendations made as on the agenda. An amendment was proposed to change the wording of the recommendation relating to the Motte and Bailey works to ensure that these works were just contained to this year.
RESOLVED
To apply for and use Burgess Lands Trust Objective 1 monies for the Town Hall urgent repair works and to use General Reserves for the Motte and Bailey works to secure the site.
