Decision:
The Town Clerk summarised the discussion at the Operations & Development Committee and explained the different options on the table. A discussion took place.
RESOLVED
- To authorise the Town Clerk to make the required necessary changes to the draft lease with Powys Teaching Health Board to alter the terms of the tenancy in line with the proposed way forward.
- To authorise the Town Clerk to enter negotiations with Welshpool Community Haven in respect of transfer of the Meals on Wheels service and to report back to committee.
