Decision:

Members considered the report and had a discussion regarding Christmas trees - this is to be revisited in January for next year's budget. Cllr Fitzgerald has managed to secure a 15ft and 8ft Christmas trees for the Town Hall and Puzzle Square.

RESOLVED
To approve a donation of £50 to Angel Voice Singing School for their performances at the Winter Festival, subject to the funds being available in the budget;
To approve giving officers delegated authority to spend funds on the Winter Festival, within its budget, should any additional expenditure be required; and
To approve the purchase of a 15ft and 8ft Christmas Trees from Vyrnwy Trees at a cost of £125.
