RESOLVED
To note the outcome of the public consultation and the report; and
To authorise the Town Clerk to prepare and publish the Second Written Statements for open spaces, markets and public toilets; and
To ask the Town Clerk to prepare draft byelaws taking into account the consultation feedback for presentation at a future meeting.
