In the absence of Cllr David France, the Town Clerk read out a statement from Cllr France on the proposal which was to send a letter of support from the Council in the Swap Shop returning to Welshpool Household Recycling Centre.

RESOLVED
To support the return of the Swap Shop at Welshpool Household Waste Recycling Centre and instruct the Town Clerk to send a letter accordingly.
