Decision:
The Chair of the Committee, Cllr Phil Pritchard introduced and proposed that the recommendations were accepted. A query was raised regarding the new proposed dog poo dispenser at the bottom of Lower Park and explained that the adjacent house provides bags and the Town Clerk confirmed that arrangement will continue.
A query was raised regarding the Community Fridge and changes put in place that day to which the Town Clerk responded.
RESOLVED
To approve the proposed changes to bin provision, resulting in a revised total of 54 bins, together with the installation of additional dog waste bins and bag dispensers at the locations outlined in the Report No. 584.
