Decision:
The Chair of the Committee, Cllr Phil Pritchard introduced and proposed that the recommendations were accepted. A query was raised regarding the new proposed dog poo dispenser at the bottom of Lower Park and explained that the adjacent house provides bags and the Town Clerk confirmed that arrangement will continue.
A query was raised regarding the Community Fridge and changes put in place that day to which the Town Clerk responded.
RESOLVED
That a Project Board of Cllrs Phil Pritchard, Phil Owen, Nick Howells, Estelle Bleivas and William Rowell be established to oversee the implementation of the Welshpool Town Centre Improvement Project and give recommendations to Council as required.
