Decision:
The Chair of the Committee, Cllr Phil Pritchard introduced and proposed that the recommendations were accepted. A query was raised regarding the new proposed dog poo dispenser at the bottom of Lower Park and explained that the adjacent house provides bags and the Town Clerk confirmed that arrangement will continue.
A query was raised regarding the Community Fridge and changes put in place that day to which the Town Clerk responded.
RESOLVED
To organise an official opening of the Changing Places facility once completed and to invite Cllr Nick Howells and a representative of the Diocese of St Asaph as guests of honour.
