Decision:

The Town Clerk gave an update in respect of Berriew St Toilets to which Cllr Richard Church declared an interest and left during the voting. A discussion took place including a further discussion on support for the Day Centre to which the Town Clerk took a steer in use of their delegated powers.

RESOLVED
To instruct the Town Clerk to give Powys County Council 3 days to agree to the asset swap as explained by the Town Clerk.
