Decision:
The Mayor congratulated Cllr Phil Owen on their election as Chair for the municipal year. Due to technical difficulties of Cllr Phil Owen, the Mayor explained the resolutions and recommendations made. A discussion took place in relation to the size of the committee and it was agreed to expand it by one person. It was suggested to vote on them all as one block.
RESOLVED
To authorise the use of Council managed land for overnight camping and parking in relation to Tour de France subject to approval of a fee & charges schedule.
