Members had a long debate and discussion regarding the proposed lease extension and an amendment was proposed by Cllr Nick Howells to replace 10 years with 99 years and the expiry from 22nd June 2045 to a date in 2125.

RESOLVED
To amend the recommendation relating to Item 14 (Extension of Lease) to replace '10 years' with '99 years' and replace '22nd June 2045' with 'a date in 2125'.
