The Town Clerk summarised the paper and the recommendations.

RESOLVED
Notes the responses received from the Powysland Club and Powysland Museum;
Authorises officers to obtain two further independent market valuations of the Trust property;
Authorises officers to obtain quotations for replacement of the existing kitchen and any associated works required to return the property to the rental market;
Authorises responses to be issued to both beneficiary charities acknowledging their correspondence and advising them of the Trustee's intended next steps; and
Defers any decision regarding the future of the Trust property until the above information has been obtained and considered.
