The minutes and recommendations of the Operations & Development Committee were considered.
Members discussed the existing allotment rents and charges and the need to review these ahead of the 2027/28 financial year. It was agreed that the review should form part of the forthcoming budget-setting process, taking account of the costs associated with providing and maintaining the allotments.

To launch a review into allotment fees and charges as part of the 27/28 Budget Setting process.
