1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
The Chair will welcome Councillors and members of the public and will receive, and if desired, resolve to approve, any apologies for absence.

To receive and resolve if desired, declarations of interest and relevant dispensations.

4. TOWN MAYOR'S REPORT - DECEMBER 2025
To receive a verbal report from the Town Mayor, Cllr Phil Owen.
5. COUNTY COUNCIL AND COUNTY COUNCILLOR UPDATES
To welcome County Councillors and to receive a verbal update and exchange information on matters affecting
Welshpool.

To approve and sign as a correct record, the minutes from the meeting of the Full Council on 26/11/2025.

7.1. Council Accounts (November - Period 8)
To consider the Income and Expenditure Reports and Cash and Bank Totals for November 2025 and note
the bank balances as of 30th November 2025:
- General Fund - £14,868.33
- 30 Day Account - £70,088.07
- Petty Cash - £35.72
- Hub Community Account - £2,357.46
7.2. Payment of Invoices - December
To consider payment of invoices for December, including any additional payments tabled on the night.
8. SECTION 6 BIODIVERSITY REPORT 2022-2025
To approve the Council's Section 6 Biodiversity Monitoring Report 2022-2025.

To discuss progress at Bull Dingle and if desired, resolve accordingly (Cllrs Rowell & Quarrell).
9.2. Oldford Estate
To discuss progress with play provision on Oldford Estate (Cllr Pritchard).
