1. WELCOME, CODE OF CONDUCT AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
To welcome Councillors and members of the public, to remind attendees to show respect for all throughout the meeting in line with the obligations of the Code of Conduct, and to receive, and if desired, resolve to approve any apologies for absence.

5. TOURISM & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
5.1. Tourist Information Centre
To receive a report from the Community Services Manager on the footfall, train tickets and holidays and other matters related to the Tourist Information Centre.
5.2. Tourism Branding Project
To consider the report from the Town Clerk in respect of the Tourism Branding Project (Cllrs Nick Howells & Jackson Quarrell).
5.3. Parking
To note that Saturday 'Pay What you Can Parking' is likely to commence on Saturday 4th April 2026 and end on Saturday 26th September 2026 (pending signed agreements from PCC).

7.4. Keep Wales Tidy / Spring Clean Cymru
To consider any updates in respect of the Keep Wales Tidy / Spring Clean Cymru event (Cllr William Rowell).
7.5. Walking Festival
To consider any updates in respect of the proposed Walking Festival (Cllr William Rowell).
7.6. Dance Festival
To consider any updates in respect of the proposed Dance Festival (Cllr Phil Owen).

To consider the date of hustings to take place in the Town Hall prior to the pre-election period commencing on the 30th March 2026 and to authorise officers to organise the event.

To consider a report from the Events and Markets Manager from the Carnival Working Group meeting held on 16th February 2026.
7.9. Welshpool Civic Service / Community Awards
To note that the Welshpool Civic Service and Community Awards event will be held on Sunday, 31st May 2026 and to elect up to four councillors to shortlist. Nomination forms for Community Awards will be available from 9th March 2026, until 17th April 2026.
