1. WELCOME, CODE OF CONDUCT AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
To welcome Councillors and members of the public, to remind attendees to show respect for all throughout the meeting in line with the obligations of the Code of Conduct, and to receive and, if appropriate, approve apologies for absence.

5. TOURISM & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
5.1. Information Centre
To receive a report from the Community Services Manager on the footfall, train tickets and holidays and other matters related to the Information Centre.
5.2. Visit Welshpool - Voucher
To consider an update on the voucher element of Visit Welshpool Project.
6. BUSINESS PLANNING & FINANCIAL MATTERS
6.1. Interim Strategic Plan Action Plan
To consider the approved committee Interim Strategic Plan action plan.
6.2. Budget and Committee Finance (Month 3)
To consider the current spending position against the budget for the committee for June 2026 (Month 3).
7. EVENTS
7.1. Carnival
To receive feedback on the recent Carnival event, and to note that a public meeting will take place on Tuesday 14th July at 6:00pm in the Town Hall.
7.2. Walking Festival
To consider any updates in respect of the proposed Walking Festival (Cllr William Rowell).
7.3. Dance Festival
To consider any updates in respect of the proposed Dance Festival (Cllr Phil Owen).
7.4. Summer Cinema & Craft Session
To receive and update on holding a short film and craft session aimed at under-7s.
7.5. Flicks in the Sticks
To note that the next screening of Flicks In The Sticks will take place on Monday,7th September, in the Corn Exchange, showing 'One Life'.
To note that from 1st November onwards, our fee for the screening service provided will increase from £150+VAT to £175+VAT.
7.6. Farmers Market
To consider a way forward in respect of any proposed Farmers Market.
